Information for Advertisers


Advertising with The Oredigger has never been easier. With the breadth of today's publications, advertising packages are designed to fit the financial needs of small businesses and major corporations alike. There are three branches of advertisement in Oredigger publications: web ads, print ads, and Prospector Yearbook Edition ads. To begin the advertising process, simply select the appropriate Media Kit (below); if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Please allow up to 3 minutes for Media Kits to download. If you experience trouble viewing them, please e-mail oredig@mines.edu and we will send you one manually.

If you are interested in combining contracts to advertise in both the Prospector Yearbook Edition and The Oredigger Newspaper, please contact the Oredigger's Business Manager. Otherwise, simply fill out the available portions of your chosen Media Kit and either fax or e-mail. Once received, the Oredigger Business Manager will be in contact with you shortly.

Breaking News

• On Thursday April 24, 2008, ASCSM heard formal arguments in the contested MAC Presidential election; the ASCSM Senate voted and confirmed Jessica Bowser as the next MAC President.

• Gov. Ritter and Sen. Salazar announced a new solar energy group at the Colorado Renewable Energy Collaboratory that will focus on solar power; CSM, NREL, CSU and CU-Boulder will work collectively on the project.

• The CSM Emergency Alert System (MEA) recently conducted its first test, sending 1,567 voice messages and 1,151 text messages to subscribers in the CSM community.
